Shirley Reynolds Williams is an artist located in Southern California. Formerly a web designer and graphic artist, she now devotes her time exclusively to painting. Oil is her current favorite medium, but has done many acrylic, watercolor, and pastel paintings as well. Her favorite subjects are family, friends, and family pets.
